"Seems like a great place for my Uncle. Helped him move in. Friendly and helpful neighbors. A nice quite 55+ community, but very active for thier age. Nice area to walk your pups as well. No smoking on premises."

"It's an elderly home with alot of elderly people my grandparents stay there and it's pretty uninviting with all the looks people give you. Also there are a lot of old korean people there."

"You do not want to live here. My grandparents have lived here and it is a dump. There is asbestos in the buildings with letters notifying you as such when you enter the building. They are also not build for disabled or handicapped individuals that may have a hard time getting around, there are no loading zones, visitor parking is always full and cars get broken into often. Management is unfriendly and not helpful. I would never wish it upon anyone to live in this dump. For the price you can live somewhere much nicer."
