I will be moving to the Carlyle instead and I hope the management and maintenance team will be as amazing as the ones here at Lexington courtyard."

"I was in the process of applying here and I directly was speaking to Yasmeena, who was super helpful and kind throughout the whole process. On the other hand, her "supervisor" Karina was completely RUDE, PASSIVE, and absolutely unhelpful. You would think you'd wanna be nice to the people to want to rent at YOUR property. I never came at her in a rude or malicious manner but every time she spoke to me, she had a nasty attitude. They also kept on tip toeing around my questions that I had in terms of the deposit and rent. Definitely a hostile environment with Karina."

"Got my car stolen from this property TWICE!!! They have roaches and unruly guess! They have an exterminator that comes out randomly so be careful. They do gates at the front entrance but they are broken and are never closed. A few weeks ago I was yelled at by a homeless person who then tried to enter my car with a child inside. Not great. They have security here but honestly they are never around when you need them. They have laundry but please look before you put your clothes in. I have walked away with random hairs (usually pet hair) to be honest you are better off using the place down the street. With rent being around $1400, you get what you pay for I guess."

"I am still waiting on a refund after being asked to vacate the premises after only one night when I paid for a week. There has been no communication on when my refund will be coming they just tell me they will give me a check when I paid on my card they left me in a homeless situation & all I want is my money I wasn’t going to argue with them I agreed to leave as long as I got refunded the 6 nights I didn’t stay & now they are giving me the run around. I didn’t even unpack my suitcase or actually settle in everything was left untouched //this place will put you in debt & on the street."
