"The best thing about the complex is Laura, the manager. I live in a near by complex and I can see how important and what a difference it is to have the right person in charge. On a typical day I see her overlooking vendors following the right procedures, dealing with homeless in the area and walking the complex (even when it’s pouring rain) just to name a few things. I have a lot of friends in her complex and they all tell me how reliable and friendly she is. It’s no wonder so many tenants have stayed as long as they have. I can tell she is devoted to keeping a home atmosphere for the residents. Planning on applying for an apartment!"

"Lived here for a year, and I had the best experience! Manager was super welcoming, super polite and super kind! Anything that my family and I needed, they took care of right away. The best part about this, is the central AC unit. It’s not too common in OC. The place is super quiet, super clean and the parking garage is downstairs and gated. I definitely felt safe here and I loved my experience. I saw a review about rodents, but never did I find anything here in my year of living, and I walked around the apartment for exercise daily! Those rodents are from the apartments behind. How could a place so well taken care of have rodents? We moved out after a year because of commute to work, otherwise we’d stay! Thank you for our time here, we appreciate it so much"

"I love living here. I think my favorite part is that it’s quiet, peaceful and you can’t hear the loud cars out in the street. When I first came to check out the apartments, I was instantly welcomed and greeted by the manager, I believe her name is Laura. She walked my partner and I around the apartment complex - it was quiet and super tidy. I was amazed by how immaculate the place looked. While there’s not much greenery going on, the tidiness of this place was astounding. Laura showed us a few open apartments and we instantly fell in love. Not to mention, how inexpensive it is to live here! I cannot begin to express how fortunate we are to be living here. Check this place out, you’re going to love it!"

"Bel Air Manor is a Safe place to call HOME! The manager Laura greets you with a smile and is very helpful to our needs, and is quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by the courteous Manager. The apartment complex is gated and they have cameras around the complex and inside the garage! Which is a plus! You also get two parking spaces which is another plus! Who offers that now a days ? The pool and laundry room are always very well maintained, clean, rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. I live here with my little family and could not feel safer. It could not be better located and is amidst a lot of shopping stores like Target and Walmart, restaurants, transportation and schools. I did notice the negative reviews about mice but come on people Even very high end Apartment complex like the one I used to live in by the Anaheim Angels stadium get mice from time to time ! Honestly I’ve lived here for over 3 years now and I’ve never seen one. I mean I’m also not wasting my time to see if I catch one on camera. That’s the least of my worries! If you’re looking for a place to call home Bel Air Manor is a place to live ! Have an amazing rest of the year everyone and stay safe."

"I've lived here for a while now. The new manager Laura Mendoza is the sweetest. She is on top of all maintenance and cleanliness of the complex and each unit. She's always on call. The complex itself is a rather quiet and calm. The laundromat and pool are always clean and ready to use. The downstairs parking garage is clean. The landscaping is always done weekly. I love it here."
