"I really enjoy living here at Lincoln Park Apartments. I've been here for 9 months and I've experienced 2 different Property Managers and I must say, the new guy is a Rock Star! He turned this entire property around... from allowing online payments, to fixing all of my work orders, cleaning up the property from top to bottom, installing a new jacuzzi and fitness area, and improving the communication between all the tenants. He is very friendly and is able to address all of my needs. I'm am very happy to live here."

"Worse place you can possibly live. We have not had hot water for more than 24hrs. Manager doesnt know a thing about managing. Never responds to texts or messages. Fire alarm goes off constantly, there are apartment units infested with roaches and rats. Place is a disaster dont waste your time or money. (48hrs and still no hot water) If anyone can help with finding property owner for this building or how to contact him or her would be great."
