"My brother who has Parkinson's disease bought a mattress at your place and has had nothing but problems with it. We have talked to several people about it. They brought out a one inch piece of foam and put it the bed after checking it out and he still can't get a good night's sleep. Now they want him to return it and they will take it apart and see if they can find anything wrong while he goes with no bed and if they don't find anything he is out a $1100.00 mattress. This is outrageous. This has been going on for almost a year and between running for his Dr appts and all this it's unacceptable. Never do business with your company again."

Our experience with the sales person was excellent and I can't speak good about the delivery. They can provide product much faster than others because these beds are made to order right here. "I've had my Original Mattress Factory for over 10 years. Great mattress. Love it. I would not have bought a new mattress yet because mine is still extremely comfortable. However, the mattresses in my guest bedrooms were destroyed. I didn't seriously consider going anywhere else. The manager in Woodbury was great and low-key. Gave me info on my options. I bought the exact same king mattress set since I'm going to use the new one and put my old one in one guest room. Got a slightly less expensive queen mattress since it won't be used often, but it was also very comfortable. Their mattresses are still very reasonable. The king set had only gone up $2-300. And the quality is great. The delivery guys were efficient and pleasant. They moved my old mattress to my guest room. Highly recommend."
"I bought the “softest” mattress they sell unfortunately it’s very firm and now I’m stuck with a mattress I hate. This is the most expensive mistake I’ve ever made. They don’t offer refunds by the way. To answer the response I just received: The only solution you gave was to purchase another mattress and you have an entire store of firm to extra firm mattresses, unless you’re going to refund me than no you can’t help me."
