"We waited 6 months for a bed and dresser, which we felt was worth the wait and a product of the times. However, our bed arrived, but not the dresser as they told us “when it was unpackaged at the warehouse that it was the wrong dresser”, and “there was no way for them to know it was wrong until it arrived at the warehouse”. No one from Ethan Allen followed up with us after that point to let us know how they were going to correct the issue, and after multiple calls to our Designer we finally heard back, only to be told we would not receive a replacement until DECEMBER. We expected much better customer service and expedited resolution from Ethan Allen, especially when it is no fault of ours. Why does it feel that companies, Ethan Allen included, are using the pandemic to provide horrible, or worse No, Customer Service."
