Chad was very helpful, worked within my requests, offered great ideas and set me up with just the right piece. "My experience at Lazy Boy in Woodbury MN was fantastic. I had ideas when I walked in the door after researching options for the last few months. I was met by Dan on the floor who was not pushy but also willing to help. I loved that!!! We started looking at what I had in mind and in a funny turn of events, after working with Maggie as well I decided on a totally different unit than I expected. The teams knowledge and patience as we went though the options and different units was really appreciated. They were also really fun which made my day!!!!"

Maggie, the store manager, knew her inventory well and helped us visualize various pieces with mocked up models of our room. "I was told that all the mechanisms and moving parts are covered for life. Of course they don't tell you that the labor is not covered. I have only had my $3000 couch for a year and three months and the mechanism on one side is broken. Of course it is outside the 1 year warranty so I have to pay for the couch to be fixed. I bought the 5 year warranty, they led me to believe that it covers everything. Of course it doesn't. Only the leather. I will never buy a La-Z-Boy again. Save your money and buy flexsteel."
