"Location is everything when selecting a unit. I prefer the updated units, and will move every few years to chase those upgrades. I also keep clean and spray my doorways and windows to prevent bugs and critters. The team is responsive when I need help or fixes. Been here a while, so everyone knows my name, and that's nice. https://communityrewards.me/r/7af7w"
"This place is absolutely terrible!!! The management's attitude is downright appalling!!! All the buildings desperately need major repairs. There's a leak in the ceiling of my apartment, forming a crack that could potentially let water pour down on you and your child. Every day, water drips from a pipe in the parking lot directly onto the hood of my car. The managers don't respond at all; they communicate rudely and disrespectfully. To ensure our safety, my child and I have to stay with friends while the management remains inactive. Due to this, I'm compelled to take legal action! You'll never feel secure in this place!!!"
"DO NOT RENT HERE! We only have been staying for about 8 months and frankly we usually were not there during weekends, therefore the apartment when we moved out looked effectively the same. But we got charge an absurd amount for cleaning and all our deposits were gone. They tried to charge us for wall paint which should have lasted 5 years entirely when we only stay there for 8 months??? We also had experience with loud noises from neighbors and when I reported to management, they said they would take actions but the issue was NEVER resolved. The elevator looks dirty and the staircase smells bad. They just tried to rip you off. AGAIN SAVE YOUR MONEY AND AVOID THIS PLACE."
"The unit itself is great. We currently live in a 1 bed + loft and we are enjoying the amount of space we have. Stairwell going up to the loft is a little wobbly though and walls in between units are thin so if you have inconsiderate neighbors (which we have), you can hear their loud noises all throughout the day. Multiple neighbors have complained about this one neighbor playing loud music and management did NOTHING about it. Amenities are okay and leasing office is barely responsive especially once you've moved in. Once they get your money, they'll provide you the bare minimum for your lease and will mostly be unresponsive to your inquiries. Maintenance has been quick when it comes to requesting services but they do ignore your small requests like wearing shoe covers when entering your home. Overall cleanliness of the community is poor. Hallways have a disturbing smell and needs to be cleaned, elevators are questionably safe, and there are a lot of insects EVERYWHERE. It's an okay place to live in on the west side but if given the opportunity to move out a little earlier in our lease, we'll take it."
"Spare your soul and don't rent here. Terrible leasing staff. You'd think with all the bad reviews of renters complaining about terrible response rates to emails they would fix it BUT they never respond to emails after you move in or its dayyyyyys after you even sent it in the first place. My very substandard requests were mocked at and caught on my ring cameras. Also caught someone, what seemed to be someone trying to break in, sent them the ring camera feed and not a single response to that either. Why does harms way always have to come for action to take place? They charge you an absurd amount when you move out. It was never disclosed to me or in the rent agreement that there is a prorated/fixed amount that they deduct from your deposit at moveout. This place just wants your money. This place is low cost for the location for a reason."
