"Stopped in last week and purchased a 6oz bag of OHM tobacco for my RYO cigarettes. Got home and opened the bag to find tobacco extremely dried out. The tobacco actually crumbled into a fine state. Looked for a date on the bag only to find a coupon that expired 12/31/21 (equating to this bag being a minimum of 2 years old), pictures attached. Took the bag back the next day to exchange it for a fresh bag of tobacco. The store manager said he couldn't exchange it once the product left the store, and there was nothing he could do. He said that was the stores policy and he had no leeway. I will never step foot in this store again, so much for supporting this local business. I'll give my money to another store who appreciates their customers."

"This place is a gem! The inside is excuisite looking and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Love it! They have just about everything in this place. Only thing I don't like, is they don't accept cigarette coupons. So I'll have to go somewhere else for that, but oh well."
