Reviews
"They have a lot of equipment not getting used and no recumbent bikes and only one old NuStep & one that has no resistance that they can't seem to fix. They definitely cater to a younger crowd and seem unaware or don't care about the elderly and their cardiac needs."
"One of my few criticisms is that wiping down the gym equipment isn't enforced. I'm almost positive that's how I caught covid a month or two ago. Also need one or two more low stationary bikes. We're down to one now, there's always a wait to get on, and that one doesn't have an earphone jack or cup holder."
"Visiting from out of town and stopped in twice to lift. Great front desk team. Very helpful and quick checking in as a nationwide YMCA member."
"Exercise caution if you decide to become a member here, especially if you want your family to have a pleasant experience. The 'Welcome Desk' lacks a willingness to assist. They seem inclined to make things difficult rather than offering help, even when it's a system issue, for which they are responsible. They tend to deflect and avoid taking action. This is especially noticeable if you're a mother with children; they may even try to inconvenience you to the point of wanting to eject you. They might also provide incomplete, misleading, and conflicting information to manipulate you. If you're a senior or have a disability, be prepared for the possibility of being treated poorly by some of the staff."
