"So disappointed. I miss the old Ulta in the mall. Never had a bad experience there. Worst shopping experience ever at the new Ulta. Alarms constantly going off, horrible lighting no sales people and when I got to the register there were about 7 people in line and one girl checking out. There were other associates behind the register, but they never hopped on the register to help them ring up the people waiting to check out. ended up putting down my stuff and leaving. What happened Ulta? You can do better than this."

"I went there with our youngest daughter while visiting them this past weekend. It was nice. There was a big of variety of beauty items there. Really cool stuff. She got a few things, and then we left. If you ever get to Appleton, stop by Ulta beauty store. You won't be disappointed."

Ignored me trying to ask for moisturizer recommendations and for a company that pushes the rewards program so hard you'd think they'd answer questions and be knowledgeable about their program. The manager was the rudest of all and i fully understand why the employees act like they do after talking to her"

"Lots of great products to choose from. The lady who helped me was a little pushy. Seemed a little high pressure for a sale. When I told her about a cream I used on my face and that I added extra hydronic acid, she told me oh that can be drying with all that HA in there. She then proceeded to sell me HOPE by philosophy. Guess what it is mostly HA. She lost all integrity with me after that. I don't wear much makeup and was shopping for my some for a special day."
