"Came in to get color for my hair. I was told I needed to bleach my hair (my hair was already very light blonde). The lady showed me which bleach to get and said it wouldn’t make my hair brassy and added in a small bottle of something else. I asked about a toner to make my hair a grey/ash blonde. She pointed out the one she thought was best. The bleach turned my hair yellow and orange, when I tried to use the toner she gave me, within probably 1 minute my scalp was burning so bad that o was tearing up and immediately rinsed it out. My scalp was so painful that I sat with an ice pack on my head for HOURS!!! Called customer service and told them what happened. They told me to return everything"

"Honestly I've gotten such bad customer service the past few times I've been in I will not be shopping here anymore. My first bad experience was with Jackie, she did not inform me of needing to buy a bag for my purchase. There were no signs to inform me that this is now Sally's policy. She did not explain why I needed to purchase a bag for my items that I just paid for. She was also very rude about us not being able to change my address. I understand you are not mailing anything anymore but my information is still wrong and I would like it to be updated. My second bad experience relates back to Jackie again. This time she much more helpful in recommending products and was not rude to me this time. Well I changed my mind about a hair color I had purchased and went back the next day to return it. I wanted to buy other items but they were sold out. Another lady who i did not get the name of because she was not wearing a name tag but who i assumed was a manager was helping me do the return and she was quite rude and short with me. She said she wasn't able to return my items because they were not on my receipt. Well turns out Jackie rang one of my hair colors twice and did not scan the one I wanted to return. This manager was saying she can't do anything and maybe I should have looked at my receipt before I left. When first off Jackie checked the receipt before giving me my bag to make sure she rang everything through. I had made a comment saying what clearly happened and I'm very upset about the service I've gotten at this location and expressed I will not be coming back. She came back at me saying thats my choice and they've done nothing wrong. If I was a manager at a retail store, which I am actually my first instinct would be how can I make this right so I don't lose my customer? Clearly Sally's doesn't care about their customers or just being nice. This is terrible. I never want to shop here again. Plus I pay for the membership every year and now I have to pay for a bag everytime I go in? So in reality the card is not saving me anything. Very disappointed I used to get the best service here."
