"I lived here for a year and a couple months as a college student and it was also my very first studio apartment ever. Alma was very sweet from the beginning and very understanding about certain situations. I am writing this a bit late since I moved out in April, but I do miss it! I complained once for some very loud neighbors and she took care of it that same day! I found one roach when I opened my front porch overnight during the summer but I lived on the first floor so not surprised, but even then she was quick to get the area sprayed once more and never had that happen ever again. Never had issues within my apartment itself. Stove and oven and microwave all worked great throughout my whole year and couple months. My favorite part was how secure the place felt. No one but us renters had access to the front door and same goes for the parking lot. There were two separate keys needed for the parking lot and entrance from parking lot to the inside of the actual building."

"Apartment had cockroaches, uneven floors, cracks in walls, loud neighbors, questionable (potentially law-breaking) plumbing, and an incredibly sketchy front office that likes to gossip behind your back and dress in dated 1990s attire. Don't be fooled by Alma- she's not the cute abuelita she pretends to be. She is not your friend and will consistently lie to your face and mislead you. Management will charge you hundreds when you move out, even when you leave the unit spotless. $300 to clean the spotless carpet of a single ~12x12 room after not even a full year? Absolutely bonkers. Look at it this way- there are around 100 units in the 40 year old building, but it has only 10 good reviews? Huge red flag- just like the building's structure received after the Northridge quake in the 90s."

"A very nice place to live! Alma the apartment manager makes you feel welcomed and appreciated and she's the kindest person you will meet there!. Clean and well-cared facilities. Work orders are executed very quickly by a team of professionals. Finally, very quiet neighbors, and overall a great sense of safety. Highly recommended!"

"Lived here for a year and giving this place 5 stars because Alma and Lina were great! They were so friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. Maintenance requests are fixed very quickly. Loved the vending machine they had in the lobby. There were some older snarky neighbors that wanted to let us know it was a "quiet building", and received one noise complaint for talking in my living room with the balcony door open, so beware of that. Lived there during COVID and almost every amenity was closed the entire year. I lived in a two bedroom which came with two parking spots, but street parking was never an issue on this street. The apartment itself was and renovated with a gray color scheme, I loved it! These apartments are very small in square footage compared to others in the neighborhood. The building is very clean and maintained well."
