IMT Summerset Village

"IMT does a FANTASTIC job managing this property! Previously managed by someone else very poorly, IMT stepped up to the plate and started making improvements IMMEDIATLEY upon purchase. Their maintenance team is top notch, especially Lenin who provides incredibly customer service and proficient knowledge of equipment. In the office, Ashley and Patrick are incredibly friendly and have gone above and beyond to answer any questions that residents may have. Even though IMT has just recently taken ownership of the property, they have made it very clear that they care and are here to help in any way. As for the apartments themselves, you simply cannot find anything else like this in LA county. These apartments are broken up into individual buildings, which makes it feel more like a neighborhood rather than just another apartment complex. The views from on top of our lovely hill are beautiful, nature is everywhere, and the local wildlife is at a happy balance with us. It doesn't feel like you are in the city at all! There are also neat little hiking trails all over the hillsides, so it's the perfect place for an outdoor enthusiast! Inside your apartment is spacious and well laid out. The soundproofing is downright the best I have ever experienced in apartments. My downstairs neighbor seldom hears me, and I seldom hear them. We have been living in this apartment for almost 4 years now, and have no intention to relocate for the considerable future. All in all, if I could give IMT Summerset a 6/5 I would."

"Firstly, I'd like to mention that I recently moved into Summerset Village under the new management company IMT. I cannot speak to the systems and processes of renting before their acquisition of the property. Mine and my husband's experience was one of ease, excitement on all sides and excellence from the management and leasing team. No matter where you live, a living environment cannot be fully enjoyed unless you find yourself at peace with the people that you are in communication with. Summerset Village is scenically stunning, the views are incredible and the area itself is conveniently located next to the 118 FWY. However, the picturesque landscape of Summerset Village was simply the icing on top of the cake during our transition to this apartment community. Patrick, Ashley, and all the leasing team treated us as if we were apart of the community for every phone call, appointment, and tour that we had the pleasure of interacting with them for. When my husband found IMT Summerset Village, we were at our wits end and frankly tired of looking for a new place to call home. We were considering putting our search on hold and looking again in a few months. In a last effort, we reached out to IMT and it was the kindness and patience they showed us that made us hop back into the car for another apartment tour. We were very pleased with the apartment itself, the amenities, the views, but again, primarily the team. After living in an apartment where management responsiveness was slow to at times nonexistent, the quick email replies and help along each step of the renting process was refreshing and we knew we had found our new home. There were several times in the process when frankly, I would have been tired of my own self with how many questions we asked and how often we called and emailed. Patrick and Ashley always seemed very pleased to answer our questions, assist with making sure we were in full understanding of the process, and ultimately welcome us into our new home. I get the impression that they really love their jobs and making the community a welcoming environment for all the residents. Patrick even takes it upon himself to create a newsletter each month for the residents to inform us of events and happenings that we can look forward to within the community. He does this by choice, not by force which I found out when he welcomed us into our apartment on move in day. We had a few maintenance issues that needed correction when we moved in but you could almost say we didn't with how quickly the maintenance team resolved them. I'm very grateful to live here. The neighbors are quiet and seem kind and the team, well, the team was the reason we made Summerset Village our home."

"After the review below, the management sent people to measure the said window. As of today Dec 4, 2022, nothing has been done & no update . The staff are wonderful. When I moved in, the closet sliding door does not glide and is very heavy, however they took care of it in a timely manner. My other concern is half of the Master bedroom window that looked smashed and very foggy was not taken cared of. It would be nice to look out and see the beautiful view through these windows and at the same time feel safer. I hope the management will take care of this soon so I can feel safer The management has their reason not to do something about it. I am not sure what it is but it does not make sense to me. Daniel and Roland are very responsive and helpful. The maintenance guy Darius is also helpful. They are just doing their job in whatever capacity they can."
