"The Flexsteel is not comfortable. Tom tried to make it right by letting us make an exchange. He was gracious to do that, BUT it is not comfortable. For $8,000 I would expect comfort. The material in my chair is already saggy."

"Forest Lake Location Review Pricing strategy and having to ask what the price is for every item is a flawed process. People want to look and contemplate based on the piece and a clearly posted price. It feels like you are playing games. When I asked the price of a recliner on Wednesday I was told one thing and for the same item on Sunday was told $300 higher. When I challenged this with the Supervisor she focused on ‘who told me that price’ versus how to move forward. It was a complete trust-breaker for me, so I do not recommend Yetzer and won’t return."

"Couldn't be happier with the design team in helping me with my purchases. The staff is friendly and helpful but not pushy so I felt I could browse and not have someone hovering. Choosing furniture that is well made and within budget is tricky and I found it at Yeltzers. The fabric on the firm Flex Steel sectional is beautiful and will wear well over the years. The staff helped me choose an updated more modern looking, but still comfy, recliner. Recliners can be such a compromise in what each family member wants so was happy to find one that we could both live with. The team delivered the furniture, and disposed of our old, worn items. It's just a great store."
