"I didn’t want to give even one star. I would recommend replacing on-site manager, regional manager and Ben as maintenance. Hire more COMPETENT employees who are PROPERLY trained and know how to treat tenants and their situations with kindness and respect. There is very little sense of "community" here. I, personally, have been accused of MANY things I have never done… I have been harrassed, falsely accused several times, I’ve been threatened, accused of lease violations (I have never violated any lease!), etc. We are constantly being watched via the security cameras. This is like a prison with STRICT wardens rather than giving us a sense of "home" and community. I have been blocked from being able to speak to the owners about all this. I want to move and since I have been continually forced to move by management for NO valid reason, I believe USA Prop Fund company, the owners of this property, should pay for my moving expenses. I do NOT want to live, for whatever time I have left, in such a TOXIC environment!"

"More trash cans outside along the sidewalk. There’s no place for dog poop or water bottles to be easily thrown away. Second, simply more doggy poop stations; the property is so clean and beautiful it’s a shame that it is marred with non-disposed animal remains. Thank you"

"My bathroom wall is attached to the trash compressor. The noise every 10 minutes is really annoying. Please move compressor to the other wall. Also if you could make the outside door by #128 have quieter closing mechanism it would be fantastic!! Thanks"
