"I had a gift certificate for this place. No reminder for appointment was ever sent out and as humans life gets busy. I forgot about my appointment and had texted her to see if I could reschedule and told me there was a “24 hour cancellation policy” that is not stated anywhere. I asked what this meant as I couldn’t find it anywhere and she just said that I should be held responsible. I think she could benefit by offering appointment reminders. Not a super great way to handle business as a small business owner. Accidents happen and I could understand if I had done this multiple times but I have just finished nursing school and was looking forward to some self care but won’t be here."
