"I have to say when I First moved in in l2019 . The activities each month , just made the community feel like a home. From barbecues to karaoke etc. however December 20 21 unfortunately a new corporate investor bought it and the whole atmosphere from outside inside changed from Staff to raising the rent almost $500 a month. To management choosing her favorites and the saddest part letting go of an amazing manager Leah. This. Place will never be the same and the thin walls and tents. Who can do as they please good luck ."

"At first I was very reluctant to write a review because the first few months I stayed here were perfectly fine. But honestly after being rushed to move out my last month I decided to write one. The place is nice looking but not worth the rent amount. I agree that the walls are too thin you can hear people upstairs and beside you. There would be nights it sounded like the upstairs apartment were pounding on the floor. I also had my car broken into which was very odd since this apartment complex is gated and when asking Leah the apartment manager about the cameras in the parking lot she told me that they did not work then I come to find out another tenant was able to look at the cameras when something happened with their car. I don’t understand lying about something serious like that luckily nothing was stolen out of my car. I parked right in front of the camera on my side as well. Next thing that makes me write this review is my refrigerator stopped working and all of my groceries went bad. I texted Leah in regards to this and it took her 5 days to offer a solution. She came over and checked it out and continuously told me it was something we were doing and that nothing was wrong with it. We had to use an empty apartments refrigerator and it took them a MONTH to actually replace a part of the refrigerator and fix it. Lastly my entire last month she wanted a time line of when we would leave. It’s very rude and annoying to be rushed out when you’ve payed your rent for the entire month. On my last day she let it be know that she’s had someone been wanting to move into my apartment. I never in my life have come across an apartment manager that has no regard for their tenants other than a group she likes to hang out with. Would never recommend this place to anyone. I am thankful for Nathalie helping us out but that’s about it."

"I was among the first to get to move into this Apartment Complex. The Manager Leah has been amazingly helpful every step of the way. The appartments are spacious and modern and completely cozy. We have a one bedroom on the 1st floor while our neighbors are amazing people you would think they are never home. I have lived in a few apartments in my life and this one is the best by far."
