"I toured Avalon Oak Creek earlier this morning and the community was absolutely beautiful, extremely well maintained and in a great location! Danielle was the leasing consultant who helped me and she was so kind, helpful and very knowledgeable. I absolutely loved the units and the property was gorgeous. It was clean, safe, quiet, and very spacious. Lots of closets and storage space too. All of the amenities were recently renovated and was done beautifully and all brand new. The pool is HUGE, with lots of seating and the gym is perfect. I am so excited to potentially move to this community."

"Sorry to say I need to add an addendum. Recently, the Avelon has begun a major construction project behind building #21. This construction is a major disruption to our quality of life. The noise from the bulldozers and jack hammers and earth movers is unbearable from 8 to five everyday. Please my Avelon neighbors come by and look. You would not want to be in our position. There are 10 of us in this position and the office will do nothing to work with us and make excuses. What we are asking is a major reduction in our monthly rent payment. . We are presently paying $3,600 per month. Corporate has yet to respond the office staff is completely uncooperative. I have lived here for 8 years and never an issue. Now all hell as broken loose and no one cares. We need assistance. ------- We recently had a leak in our master bedroom it was the maintenance manager Lalo and Rafael that came and saved our lives,5 stars review if I can put 10 stars I would, phenomenal maintenance staff. I cannot say enough about our phenomenal staff led by Lalo. Lalo has gone above and beyond to help us and the Avelon community."
