"This place gets you in at a low rate then increases rent by $150 + every year. There have been neighbors who have shared cases of vandalizum of people RVs, break into cars. The inside of the apartments are old and not updated for the current price of ($2,100 -$2,400) these units have multiple families living in them (8 plus people in one unit) this is a fact cause my kid has told me who is friends with some of those families. There is never any parking for visitors. There is a party room but there is no parking for guest, they have to park behind kmart or cvs (they should leave parking for party’s at least along side the managers office. I still live her e cause i work near by and kids school is near by , so convience. But working on moving out of here. Just so you are aware of what are some of the “Remodeling” that has been here And why rents have increased, so i was told by management aside from cost of living. -Tree cutting: infected trees -Painting concrete sidewalks: who does this it looks horrible and it’s just going to peel off. Waste of money -Painting garage floors: it’s garage people don’t live in there. I mean is that what manager is trying to do, make space livable? Idk. Waste of money. - painted curbs red and yellow for no parking (valid) - painted parking spot areas (monthly fee to use) Good reason would be... -putting a brick wall up on the ponderosa side, I was at a friend house on that side and it’s noisy and plus cars come flying down that street, wall even with doors closed (Those tents can’t even enjoy the patio), could be used to protect tenants if a car cashes, to reduce noise levels and keep strangers from looking into patios and windows. -Remove popcorn ceilings -Remove carpet And put flooring (at least lining room and stairs -do something with cabinets"
