"If I could give no stars I would. It’s disgusting your total lack of regard for the city ordinance of clearing your sidewalks of snow 24 hours after a snow event. There are families that live in lakeside that use those sidewalks daily to go to and from school, walk their dogs, etc and are having to walk in the street. The rest of the neighborhood cleared their sidewalks so you should too. As a neighborhood business, super uncool."

"This place has no business being in a residential area! It has caused so much more traffic on E Superior st since it's opening. Drivers performing illegal u-turns in the middle of E Superior st because they passed it, using residents driveways to turn around, parking in front of the residents house because they have no parking available, disturbing the residents with loud music in the cars as they pull into the parking lot, customers headlights shining into the neighbors houses, more exhaust fumes for the nearby residents to breathe in. The property looks untamed and uncared for, especially the back and the side yards. Deliveries constantly interfering with the streets as it makes visibility for drivers that much tougher, and trucks as big as semi's making deliveries just about every day. I am certain that nearby residents are very upset by this unnecessary store as I would be. This was a very bad idea from the get go!"
