"It’s been a nightmare living here we have lived for 3 and a half months with no hot water in the unit !! They are not dealing with it. Don’t know what to do at this point. We have always been a homeowner!! Makes us want to move and own again."

"Where to start?! We have been living here about 3 weeks and let me tell you we toured 4 apartments around this area and out of the 4, Amelia were the ones that worked with us and answered all our questions and were able to move fast through the approval process. Ariana is amazing!! When we first toured these, it was on a Sunday and the office had closed early for an event but even then, Ariana offered to take us to tour! She is very friendly and very accommodating. Diego is also a great! We felt welcomed and compared to the rest apartments we felt at home. I highly recommend these since they have less units overall so it's very cozy and the apartments are brand new so it was just what our family needed. New appliances, new rooms, new carpets. Thank Ariana, Diego, and Amelia for this awesome new home."

"The property manager at this complex, Ariana is friendly, knowledgeable, professional and it’s always nice to run into her. Her happy spirit is contagious and we’ve always had a pleasant experience with her. Diego, the maintenance manager is friendly, positive energy and it’s also always nice to run into him. He is respectful and professional and we’ve also always had a pleasant experience with him. As one of the first families who leased, once apartments became available and after Ariana and Diego came on board with Amelia, improvements started flowing. Thank you Ariana and Diego for all that you do. Amelia is very lucky to have you both."

"There are two Employees that are wonderful to deal with. The two stars have nothing to do with them and I will save it till the end why there are 2 stars. So because of those 2 employees I did not rate it one star. Ariana Torres has been wonderful to deal with since day one. She is on top of everything and is very professional. I would rate her service and work 5 + stars. There is no complaints about her at all from us. Diego in maintenance (I hope I spelled his name right) has been very professional and seems to care greatly about his job. Every time I have spoken with him I have been treated well and would also rate him 5+ stars. Unfortunately the title says Amelia Apartments so I am rating solely on that. The reason for the 2 stars is in hopes that the owners of the apartments take notice and hopefully correct an issue that neither Ariana or Diego can help with. The apartment water temperature is very bad. Since I have been here there has only been maybe 3 times my wife and I have been able to take a semi warm shower for over a minute or a bath that has more than an inch of warm water. This is not an exaggeration. Diego has done what he can to improve it and it has helped, but by no means is the water situation pleasant. In the master bathroom the sink has never had hot water and the shower gets cold water only maybe at 2 minutes. In the other bathroom I occasionally get luke warm water in the sink. After Diego helped We are at least able to get half a bath of warm water. I would probably not have moved in or rented had I known this. My wife and I have jobs that taking a shower is not so much a convenience but necessity for washing off anything that might be hazardous to us health wise. A cold shower is not something I look forward to coming home to. Other than that the apartments are very nice and clean and staff is great!"

"Dec 5th. Updated from 1 to 3 stars. If I could give Diego and our maintenance team a 5 stars, I would! Diego has gone above and beyond to help us since he started. He has done great job listening to our needs, understanding our problems, and promptly resolving those issues. I don't think we currently have a property manager (we've gone through 3-4 different ones already), so hope they can find someone professional and great like Diego. We look forward to seeing future improvements here. Initial Review: We have been here a few months now and we agree on the other reviews here that the actual move-in process was great (Erica promptly responded to our questions and also gave us a nice welcome gift). However, we have since noted there are some major issues with this new complex, which unfortunately outweighed the positive move-in process: - the building water supply is circulating hot water across many units (no individual water heaters), which means that if you live far from a central water heater, you need to wait 5+ minutes or run multiple faucets for hot water. - while we were assured this is changing, the management company elected to not have a maintenance team or on-call outsourced maintenance options for routine requests because of an apparent assumption that everything will work because it is “new.” - Routine/basic requests are not being answered or handled promptly. For example, we know some residents already received their access keys to our pool complex (opened mid-July), but we still haven't received ours because they ran out of keys and are still waiting for duplicates to be delivered."
