"Absolutely terrible wait times. Dropped prescription off and was told one to two hours before pickup. We got there 3 hours later and they said about 25 minutes and about an hour later still not done. Call and speak with them another 30 minutes is what was told. That would put us at 4.5 hours. It would be nice to have better communication and realistic wait time!"

"Don't know what Walgreens is doing to their Pharmacy staff to make them be so rude to their customers but they all sure do come off as hating their jobs. If you have to call in your meds its treated as the biggest burden the people on the phone have ever had to suffer. You'll be talking to them one minute just trying to get things sorted and then be placed on hold for 15 minutes listening to an annoying loop every 20 seconds. Yeah, no thanks, nothing about Walgreens makes it worth putting up with their staff. Transferring out of this Pharmacy asap."

"Don’t use their same day delivery through Walgreens website . They will charge your card but not deliver your prescription like how they are offering on their website. Store manager on 1/20/23 is totally lost and don’t know what’s going on around her when you ask her about this . Use to be good store but not anymore"

"I came into get my infant daughter’s passport photo taken - which I admit could potentially be a challenging task! I was in and out within 15 minutes (including picture editing and print time) and Connor in the photo dept. was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. I am extremely pleased with the customer service I received today."

"The customer service here was great. I called about a products and the woman in the phone immediately went to make sure it was in stock. I got there and had no idea where to find it and asked a mad to help me. He was super nice and guided me directly to it. A woman named Callie checked me out and was really happy and helpful and turned out to be the woman I spoke to on the phone. This Walgreens is definitely better than the ones I've been to before. 10/10, these people desey a raise."
