"I have been going to her all my life however recently she has been rude and inconsiderate I was reaching out to her on the phone right now and she literally didn’t even let me finish my sentence and hung up the phone. Then earlier when I went into the office, the receptionist in the front was not very welcoming at all. I don’t know what has happened to this office but it does suck."

"I came on here to get Dr. Barbadillo's phone number and saw a lot of negative comments that I absolutely do not agree with! I absolutely loved Dr. Barbadillo and so did my children. We had been seeing Dr. Barbadillo for over 7 years and she and her staff were always so friendly, helpful, and caring 100% of the time. When my youngest was born, I took him in for the post 3 day follow up and Dr. Barbadillo right away told me he had a heart murmur which Sharp Mary Birch failed to catch after delivery. Dr. Barbadillo right away made a referral to the Rady's Children Hospital Cardiologist and apparently it was pretty sever enough to have to get seen every 1-2 months, had to take medication, and had a surgical procedure completed at the age of 2. I really appreciated her entire support throughout the years and she always remembered every detail about every single one of my children and I have 4 children. Throughout the years she would allow me to take all four of my kids in one visit, which made it extremely convenient considering me and my husband both have full-time jobs and juggle life with four children. Thank you Dr. Barbadillo and the entire staff for all your support and care throughout the years. It is very unfortunate that my insurance coverage has changed and I now need to get treatment for my entire family at Kaiser Permanente, I will miss you all."

"I have hated this Drs office since I can remember . Never pays any attention to what your saying . Barely acknowledges your child . Every single visit I have REFUSED the flu shot . Only to find out that she have my son the flu shot 9/26/2012 COMPLETELY AGAINST MY WISHES. I can't believe her office is still even open . I wish I knew how to go about her vaccinating against my wishes . When I specifically denied the flu shot. . She's a bully . No matter how many times you say no , she will start calling you an unfit parent . Will talk down to you and belittle you . Has all her nurses and assistants do it all . Max time In the room with dr. Barbadillo is mins and then she sits in her little office while her undertrained nurses "assist" you . Unfortunately lost the yellow shot records and went back for a copy and got a print out of HALF his shot record . How much more unprofessional can you get . I have been struggling to switch out of this Drs office . She is completely incapable of doing her job. I have no problem with accents but she doesn't even make an effort to help you understand whatever the hell she is saying . One good thing about this place is ....nothing . Nothing that I can remember . Very traumatic experiences with the nurse . My kid will flip the f out when we pull up to the building , they're incredibly aggressive and show no intent on comforting your child . Came when my kid had an ear infection . She didn t even look in his ears but instead wrote a prescription . That didn't help , my poor kid had a ruptured ear drum . Thanks dr Barbadillo for doing such a pathetic job ."

"Office looks like I walked into a DMV. But didn't mind much. Nurse assistant was really nice and polite. Interacted with my toddler to make her feel comfortable. Dr. Barbadillo walked in like she was in a rush, didn't interact with my child. Had me hold my child's arm so she can draw blood, isn't this the nurse's job? not mine? And I got in trouble for not holding it right. She talked with an attitude and was very rude. Walked out of the office after the blood draw without saying a word. I had to ask the nurse if the Dr was coming back, she said no. Made me upset that she did not asked me if I had any concerns about my child. Never going back here again. I changed doctors that afternoon."
