"We LOVED Dr Tulagan. However not his staff. The last straw was I called to get an apt about a possible food allergy, got the voicemail so left said voicemail, it’s been a week with no call back. Before this I have had issues with referrals not being sent when they said then them acting like it was and I get notification about said referral that night after calling to ask them. I’m not stupid and know how to look at my stuff through insurance to see it wasn’t even submitted until after I called to check on it. This happened on multiple occasions. Then another instance, we had a well child visit with shots due , they were out of one of the shots and when they called to confirm the apt I wasn’t informed and thus had to go back for another shot when if I would have been informed I would have just waited for both together, it’s happened twice they were out of a shot for our apt. The real kicker is when I was in the waiting room and a patient called to see about if they needed a follow up apt or something and they told her “oh yeah he decided not to send it in blah blah blah” then yelled to him after the call he FORGOT to send this test in. Not cool to have straight lied to the patient and even more not cool to be talking information like that across the office."

"Amazing pediatrician!!! I’m Navy and in my two years here in San Diego Dr. Tulagan has saved me countless ER trips. The one time i go to the ER instead of Dr. Tulagan i regretted it! His after hours phone and online messaging is such a life saver. He goes ABOVE & BEYOND for his patients and their families. It’s coming time for us to relocate again and i am so so so so sad & scared to leave Dr. Tulagan and his staff. They have taken care of us the past two years!!! I will literally stay in San Diego to have my kids continue to be seen by Dr. Tulagan."

He always listens and answers all my questions patiently. Even if we are out of town and is in an emergency situation, we can easily consult with him stress free. Also, his clinic staffs are both very patient and helpful. We have been with Dr Tulagan for almost 3 years now."
