"Their sales associate Kaley was very helpful. I would like to consider myself a expert at doing my own hair… And I’ve tried just about every product that uses funky colors on it. Although I did not try one of their products that she recommended. The product that she recommended that she personally had used it for her own hair and spoke about her experience on it. I decided to give it a go. Not only was she knowledgeable about it but she wasn’t pushy, she was just giving her honest opinion, and she was very engaged in the conversation. I come into this Sally’s pretty frequently and I’ve never had a bad experience. I would recommend this location for anyone that is looking for beauty supplies. And everyone knows the Customer Service has gone downhill since the pandemic but Sally’s customer service was phenomenal! I would totally recommend anyone going there."
