"I have been taking my daughter to see Dr. Azhand for almost 3 years now and I really like him as a provider. He takes time to listen to my concerns and explain things if I don’t understand. I also like that he takes time during our visits and doesn’t rush out of the room. The staff is also really kind and helpful, they always do their best to help my daughter feel comfortable during the visits as she still gets nervous being in a DR’s office. I have never had any issues with them. Great team!"

"Currently looking for a new pediatrician. Nothing against Dr. Azhand, I think he’s great, but his staff especially the moody girl at the front desk is horrible. I have been with him since 2019 and now moving to a new doctor just because of that girl. She lacks customer service. She’s very short when you ask a simple question. She acts like we are bothering her every time. Not sure why she works there if she hates her job so much. This is the same attitude I get every time I come in the office."

"Gave 1 star because there isn’t an option for NO stars!!!! Totally rude and inconsiderate front desk staff. They made our appointment for 9 am and we arrived at 8:55 am saw that we were outside I knocked and they just continued talking and drinking their Starbucks. They made us wait out in the cold rather than opening the door and allowing us to wait inside in the warmth until they were ready. What happened to just manners. So disappointed"

"Although I have read/heard great reviews about Dr. Azim U. Azhand, I cant seem to say the same about his staff. I called in as I am new to the area and I wanted to check if they took my insurance and schedule an appointment. The receptionist answer casually, spoke as if she dreaded her job (lazy tone) and would give me ready cut and dry answers. She ZERO enthusiasm and didn't even say thank you at the end and just hung up after I said thank you yo her. Not used to this kind of service in a doctors office SPECIALLY a pediatricians office. Receptionists are the face of the office and should be helpful and welcoming to potential patients!"

"I've been bringing my children to Dr Azhand for 6 years, right when my second child was born. My kids are now 9, 6 and 4. He's always been able to get us in when we have an illness or need to be seen urgently. His office staff is friendly and polite. Dr Azhand is wonderful with little kids, he jokes with them and makes them feel comfortable. It says a lot that all 3 of my children actually look forward to visiting his office, they have never been scared of doctor visits. What I like most about him is that he takes the time to answer all my questions and I have never felt that he has rushed us to leave or dismissed our concerns or questions. He is the most warm and friendly doctor we have interacted with."
