"UNBELIEVABLE MOVE OUT COST: $7500 Their granite countertop were not insulated properly so that when we use it normally, the calcium in the tap water left stains on the countertop. (We consulted several marble and stone experts and all of them came to this conclusion) Hence, the property conveniently charge us the replacement (which we also suspect upgrading it into a better material) for $7500. This was brought to court and we fought it helplessly but still couldn’t beat their greediness. So if you’d like to practice small claim court skills, moving into this complex would be a great idea. Also, one more thing to point out is: our countertop is grayish black, while all the other units we saw are white. You get the pattern here, right?"

"Do not sign a lease here if you like having somewhere quiet to live. Period. First, the insulation between the floors above you is minimal at best. I can tell you the exact living pattern of the family that lives above me. I have lost count of the amount of times I have called security and emailed the leasing office about my upstairs neighbor’s loud stomping and excessive noise, and they’ve never done anything to solve it. I have sent videos of the noise, I have documented the times, and their response every single time has been to brush off my concerns. They also have a pool table situated *outside* in the apartment courtyard, which echos extremely loudly when people decide to play pool in the middle of the night. It’s 11:30pm as I write this review, and currently there is a group of people blasting music in the courtyard while playing pool loudly. It shouldn’t be up to the residents to call security every night on these people either. The only reason I can give the one star is because the maintence staff and security personnel are so nice and helpful. Every interaction I’ve had with both maintence and security has been extremely friendly. Be warned. If you value your peace, do not lease here. EDIT: After silver replied to this, they did reach out. The issue has not been resolved, however my kitchen sink did flood half my apartment after I posted this review so I thought it fitting to add that info for any prospective renters."

"Building is good, maintenance is also good, but $35 sewer and $60+ for trash? What's going on here? And you pay for the parking space too so at the end of the month the discount you get from moving in the parking space fee + sewer + trash charge takes it away. Be advised."

"My lease ends soon and if it wasn’t for the horrendous management team I would have considered staying another 12 months. The building is nice with good amenities like the gym, pool deck, bbq grills, etc. Apartments are new and worth the price compared to some other places you’ll find in the area. But communication from the management team is terrible. Idk if they’re understaffed or what but it’s frustrating living in this apartment building when you can’t get a hold of anyone and they won’t respond to phone calls or emails."

"I’ve been living here for almost a year and I don’t have any problems aside from minor plumbing issues that are usually resolved immediately. The senior maintenance, Carlos Romero is always so genuine and helpful! He’s friendly and extremely professional. Anytime I have an issue I know I can ask him for assistance.
