"Dr. was not as expected, did not approved the referral we requested, seemed to us that for him just his opinion was good enough. He either did want to sign the school form needed to drop off an over the counter medicine we always leave at school, and the prescription medicine he sent over an order to be picked up, the pharmacy said they never received such order. Anyway, after that experience, we selected a new pediatrician who thank Goodness is great, caring and professional, took care of our referral, school forms, and prescription just as you would expect from any professional doctor."

"My daughters insurance assigned her to this office. Brought her in 3 days ago for a visit. He checked her ears and said she had a very mild case of swimmers ear. Later on that same evening she came down with a fever of 105. She was up all night thrashing and screaming in pain and could not sleep. Next morning I took her to urgent care right away. Turns out she has a ear infection! Not swimmers ear. She was given antibiotics, steroids, and cold medicine. How the hell did he not see that!!!!??? Either he's too old or too lazy and neglegent. Either way I will never bring my child here again. First time walking into that office something felt off about the place it did not give me the vibe of confident quality medical care and now I know why. I will be calling my insurance company and telling them about this since he can't even seem to know a simple ear infection when he sees one. I would not recommend anyone bring their kids here."

"Hi,I’m really disappointed.I thought I finally had found a caring doctor that really likes his profession by helping his patients get the services they need. I was wrong I went by choosing him because of the good reviews he has. I say this bc my kids were diagnosed since they were little on the spectrum and requested services and instead he referred me to call there ins and start the process and also ask them to get them re-evaluated and making be do my own referral through their ins. ignoring that my kids had gotten those services before Covid and wanted to get them reinstated. To finish this off I had a Telehealth appt where at the end of the zoom call had me talking by myself and ended the session. I definitely do not recommend. Good luck."

"Dr. Cruzz has been our most favorite pediatrician. His office is always polite and I have never had to wait weeks to get in. He want to address what issues you have and asks lots of questions. He is not a drug pusher and is very invested in children's health."

"As a doctor he's great. Nurse is also great. But front desk young girl is rude. Both my kids had been seen by doctor and nurse for years but last time I went I got the bad news that they were not taking my insurance no more because of management change. But I wasn't told this till after I paid co pay with my debit card. But girl was rude about like we had no history there. So she supposibly refunded money. To make story short, I never got my refund and everytime I call she makes it seem like it's not their problem even after I explained my bank said they need to release it. Sucks to go out that way."
