"Great experience so far except for downstairs neighbor who has made me paranoid to even walk around in my apartment. Awaiting for a resolution to this problem. Otherwise, I have no major complaints"

"Leasing agent didn’t show up for an appointment. Calling the line just leads you to a call center where they ask you to wait and call a different line. Waited 30 minutes and no one showed up."

"Horrible experience. This apartment community is unprofessional. First, they have many people from their customer service Line contact you. Customer service gives you incorrect info and will keep texting you. I advise you not to consent to text messages as a method of communication. After many attempts and receiving limited info When I could receive an in-person tour, Tim Bui from the leasing office contacted me. Not only did he expect me to cater to his schedule and visit the property at the only timee He offered he didn't provide specific instructions on how to gain access to the community and where to meet him. Keep in mind that since the apartment complex provides in-person and self-tours, it's confusing as to where to meet someone from leasing. It is also gated with minimal public parking close to the freeway; they don't offer prospective/future tenant parking, which I found odd. Once I got inside the property for an apartment tour, Tim's demeanor was unfriendly. He was short with his attitude, and he spoke to me rudely and talked fast; he also walked quickly, and his body language was negative, always looking away when speaking to me. It will Iit seemed like he wanted to tour quickly to get off work. He also used his cell phone while showing me the apartment again; it seemed like his intent was to finish fast so he could return to his cell phone. Overall, Tim Bui was cold and unprofessional and seemed to care less about he was showing me a unit. Don't rent. From them, no one deserves to be mistreated."

"Unresponsive management that will not address concerns in time or at all. The gated lot has so many car break ins at night as well. Very expensive move out fees for “wall paint”. Unsafe neighborhood nearby as well and mail theft is a guarantee. I would look somewhere else to live— it might look nice on the outside but it certainly isn’t worth the price for the small space, unsafe area and lack of management."

"The complex itself is really nice. Pretty flowering trees, green grass & the units have washer/dryers on the balcony, which is a plus. The property doesn't have a fitness center, which is a bummer, but not a deal-breaker. What IS a deal-breaker is the leasing office employee, Tim. I don't understand why a job that's all about human interaction, would have an employee who clearly doesn't want to be there. I had to sign a release to view a unit, which isn't standard. Usually, the property just asks to see a driver's license. SO, to ensure I wasn't signing something out of sorts, I sat & read it. He was clearly impatient & took the release from the desk before I had a chance to fill out the date, then shoves it back towards me saying I forgot to fill out the date. I literally was grabbing my phone to see the date because I didn't remember. Incredibly rude. He kept asking me what my moving-in timing was. I told him repeatedly I didn't have a date as of yet. I'm not in a current lease & have no urgency to move. I'm simply looking at my future options. Anyhoo, the complex is really nice. Front staff, not so much. For that reason, I'm taking this one off my list. Really sad."
