"10/10 would recommend this property! I put in a maintenance request in the evening after work for a clogged pipe in my kitchen. Less than 12 hours later it was handled by the maintenance team and a plumber was at my apartment the next morning! Amazing! Have never had a maintenance request get completed that quickly and it’s surely not the first time I’ve been amazed. Grounds are great, amenities are great, apartments are great. Thank you Bristol Commons teams!"
"I've been living here for almost 2 years now and the management has always been very quick and thorough in their responses. The courtyard is a nice place to study or work and the grill and fireplace is easy to use. The communal areas are well maintained and cleaned very regularly. Also, I have never had any noise problems with my neighbors. The best part about living in the complex is that the maintenance requests get resolved very quickly. I've lived in different apartments before where it took weeks for them to acknowledge a problem. Whether it's plumbing, lighting, or dishwasher issue, the maintenance engineer here, Dan, has always responded within a couple of hours and quickly fixed the issues. He's very good at his job and always explained the causes of the issues in a friendly way."
"Quiet neighborhood, really clean and well-maintained. Apartments are super clean and appliances seem brand new. Another thing I really like is maintenance responds really fast and Dan is very polite and always fixes any problem we have. I had an ant issue earlier this week and the staff immediately gave me assistance by calling pest control (and actually finding and resolving the source). Besides that, I've never had any other bug incidents or any other issues really. Really happy about staying here :D"
