"Front office staff is rude and lacks the ability to prioritize the severity of a child in pain and will have your child wait over a week to be seen for progressive symptoms of a HA associated with swelling and vision impairment. Not vthe type of office staff for a peditrician. Having to file with medical board after being with the Dr for 20 yrs. (2 children) very sad. Your office staff represents the type of care and compassion to your patients that should be consistent with the continuity of care you provide."
