"I've never experienced such horrible customer service. If you can't handle fast paced or high volume calls then look for another job. They really need to hire new receptionist and work on their customer service. I called to request an update on a pending insurance authorization and the first person that answered the phone asked me what I needed help on, so I told her why I was calling even asked for my sons name and said okay let me put you on hold. Then someone else picks up and asks me again what can I help you with. And I said someone was already helping me was this not you. And she said no we are very busy what can I help you with in a very rude voice and demanding me to hurry and tell her what I needed. I said you guys are very rude and she said okay you can speak to my manager and I never requested to speak to the manager but in this case I was livid and said okay yes dropped and f bomb because it just seemed like she didn't want to assist me and rather have her manager assist. At this point I will definitely be looking for a new place to take my kids. I will not put up with such horrible customer service. Only makes me think that if the doctor allows this behavior in her office how does she really act."
