"This is the WORST doctors office ever ! For children and adults! This doctors and front staff are terrible people! I seriously hate this place and will be moving me and my son because they are just terrible. Do not waste your time enrolling into this doctor office, you’ll be disappointed. I tried to give them chance after chance."

"Shared concerns about my child's development for over a year. They were always waving me off. Finally insisted on a referral for an autism evaluation, and they sent me to a doctor that didn't take kids under 5. Called for a new referral, they never got back to me. When she turned 3, I went through the school district, and she was finally diagnosed by the child psychologist that works for them. I missed the chance at early intervention because of Cucamonga Pediatrics."

"I am sickened by Cucamonga Pediatrics and their new policy for physicals. The doctors are great but the office policy is DISCRIMINATORY! Physicals are typically free but their new policy is that if ANYTHING other than vision and hearing is discussed, you are charged your copay. For example, last August my daughter went in for her physical and complained about knee pain and they told her it was nothing and because of this, they charged her a $35 copay after the fact. In May, we went in for knee pain, a derm referral and they referred her out. That visit I happily paid the copay at the time of service. Today she had her annual physical and they followed up asking if she went to physical therapy and to the derm. My daughter answered with Yes we went and all is good. They charged her for an office visit because other things besides vision and hearing were discussed even though it was only a "hows it going". Because it was even talked about, we were charged. The worst part is, my daughter has a medical condition where she visits a clinic yearly and because she has that condition, discussion of this condition is always coded on the Dr. notes and because that coding is there, my daughter WILL ALWAYS BE CHARGED A COPAY because she has a disability! Literally, they are discriminating against her due to her disability. To make matters worse, this new policy about charging for anything other than talking about vision and hearing was just created in the last year but the office staff, in an attempt to get money, they retroactively charged patients back to 2018!!! They are taking their new policy they are looking back through records and charging any visit that they discussed ANYTHING other than the basic vision and hearing back to 2018!! My daughter who has a disability was charged a copay all the way back to 2018 because her medical condition was always coded on the physical visit-- THIS IS SO DISCRIMINATORY IT MAKES ME SICK!!! This is wrong!!"

"My children have received a high level of care for years here. The staff is friendly and the peds doctors take their time when I share concerns or have questions. I have experienced flexibility in rescheduling and have not had problems in working with this practice 10+ years."

"If you like wasting your time then bring your child here. Every concern you have and every symptom you mention will be referred to as normal and you will leave here no better off then when you went in. Very unhelpful and frustrating."
