"Avoid at all costs. I had to take them to small claims court to recover my deposit. Maplewood has a history of improperly withholding the deposit. The buildings are run down, badly maintained, and the smell of smoke lingers throughout the hallways"
"I am current resident at Maplewood Apartments. I will personally not suggest renting a apartment in this society. Their management doesn't want to help in any matter. My roommate humiliated my whole family and asked me to move-out. However, I pay rent the half rent and I am part of the lease. After calling them so many times, I am not able to reach them. Later, they told me "we are management company and we can't anything ". They don't care about their consumer and they want you to suffer."
