"They refused to give me the order I made at the drive thru menu and tried to have me come back around and order a sandwich again because they didn’t hear my order the first time. The manager had a nasty attitude and had me waiting at the window for almost twenty minutes before she would even come talk to me. I will never go back."

"The dining room is currently under construction, so tonight's order was via the drive-thru. $7 Biggie Bag - Double Stack w/ bacon, no cheese. Drink upgraded ($2 extra) to the seasonal Peppermint Frosty. As it's drive-thru, I realize it's going to cool down significantly. That said, the burger patties & bacon were dry as can be, as though they were prepared hours ago. Fries were okay. Nuggets okay, but they didn't put the requested sauce in my bag. Only highlight was the Peppermint Frosty - get one while they're available. I forgot to order some chili, which is decent, but elevated to a whole other level when you add chili seasoning packets. 3 of 5 stars, for increasingly more expensive (and mediocre) fast food, is probably generous."

"I normally don’t leave bad reviews like this but I was picking up a DD Delivery for a customer and the staff was rude and avoiding me at all costs since what I can assume is because they’re about to close (1:40am is when this took place.). I was informed the order I was picking up was picked up 2-3 minutes prior to my arrival, which is when I picked up said order. Due to this confusion I called DD support and despite the efforts on our end to help the situation the staff here refused to comply by not answering the phone for my support team and by refusing to remake the order. Also, it should be noted whoever was on the head set didn’t respond when I yelled out “Hello” multiple times and I caught her running to hide when I pulled up to the window."

"Great Wendy's. Super friendly staff--looked happy. Very clean facilities. Bathroom was spotless. Food was great, looked exactly like the advertisements. Was unbelievable! Had a great experience!"

"Stop by after work to get an asiago chicken sandwich meal and somehow end up with a chicken burrito not sure how you mix those two up tried calling the store to let them know what happened go straight to voicemail not wasting my time driving back there to get the straightened out. Maybe hire people who understand the difference between a sandwich and a burrito just saying"
