"My wife and I relocated to the area and rented at the Lofts for 15 months while we searched for a home to purchase. We could not have had a better experience! Here's why we liked the Lofts so much: The staff is super friendly and responsive and they keep the property very well maintained and clean. The property is small enough to have a more personal, less corporate, feel. And in our 15 month experience, the residents were friendly and quiet. The Lofts has very well-designed common areas, including a peaceful courtyard and sweet rooftop scene (BBQ, hot tub, TV, pleasant sitting areas with great views) The property is newer and thus the units are more contemporary and fresher, with large windows and ample, cheerful sunlight. The location cannot be beat, with so much within easy walking distance - shopping, restaurants, Civic Park, the Lesher Center, BART and services of all kinds. With many layers of security, we felt safe at the Lofts. While we were happy to eventually find a home, we shall always look back on our time at the Lofts with great fondness. And we shall always appreciate the staff who made our stay so pleasant and fun!"

"Living at 1716 No Main was a pretty sweet deal! Location-wise, you couldn't ask for better. Walking distance to the heart of Walnut Creek meant endless dining options, shops, and entertainment. A short walk to BART as well. The maintenance crew were superheroes – always on point and lightning-fast whenever we had an issue. Major kudos to them. Inside, our apartment was up-to-date. Modern appliances, sleek finishes – they really nailed the contemporary vibe. The quiet interior courtyard was a gem. And that rooftop BBQ spot and hot tub? Hosting friends or just soaking in the tub with a view, it was top-notch. The ample indoor parking was a tad pricey, but definitely worth it. No need to play parking roulette or worry about weather messing with your ride. The convenience of rolling into a secure parking spot, especially on those rainy days or when you're juggling groceries, is seriously underrated."
