Brittan Heights Condo Association Clubhouse

"I lived here as a renter for 6 years. The other reviews are definitely accurate. For example, most of the condos will have single pane windows, but it depends entirely on if you own or if the owner has remodeled it (had a few neighbor friends and frequented the open houses nearby). However... it's a gorgeous location, especially if you can be against the valley (which we were). The air here is great, it rushes in from the west often during the evenings, still quite fresh and crisp given our proximity to nature there. I always enjoyed the breeze and watching the clouds rolling over the mountain range behind the complex. Lots of birds, deer, sometimes turkeys and etc. Check out my photos. That said, it is relatively expensive here but that’s par for the course for the area. The HOA is relatively high (e.g. 3 bedroom was $700/mo) but I it includes trash, water and grounds maintenance. And you can definitely hear your upstairs neighbors; so, if you're downstairs, make friends with them. It's great to be so close to the hiking trails nearby as well. Not to mention proximity to I-280. Overall it's a fantastic place to live, just as long as you know what you're getting into, because the location is great but of course the noise levels may be a bit higher. It's to be expected, honestly. It's a great and peaceful community, overall."

"It's a busy noisy condo community. Windows and doors are single pane. The buildings are under a flight corridor. Airplanes pass every ~15 minutes in low altitudes above your head mainly from/to SFO. Bedrooms face parking lots and those huge garbage pickup stalls. More importantly, the HOA is very picky and on your neck. It also has always a noisy project going on throughout the year. Noise never stops around Brittan Heights condos."

"Old buildings, bad soundproof, many family live here with children, kids like running in the apartment which makes it really annoying to live downstairs!"
