Soom Soom Fresh Mediterranean - Brentwood

"First, I would like to say that this place was definitely until a few weeks ago Five stars. I've been here many times and the food is really really good. Everything is fresh and good. The service is excellent and the prices are a little bit higher but still reasonable. My only complaint is about one of the main ingredients of this place and it is the hummus! Like I said until the few weeks ago it was phenomenal.. Then it became watery.. to bad. But still highly recommended!"

"We ate here on August 26 while visiting our daughter in Mount St Mary's and the food is good, the ambience is nice and cozy but the staff needs proper customer training. The guy taking the order was rude. My wife was asking if he can put the Falafel sauce on the side and the server gave us an attitude and rudely said "NO!". I hope proper training will very much resolve this issue."

"The food is incredible here but the staff needs a little support. Every time I order ahead for pick up the food isn’t ready at the designated time even when the place is empty. When I arrive for pick up, they need me to point out which order is mine on their iPad, and then they start to put together the order. Now they’re rushed and mess up the order. There needs to be some better training and streamline of how orders are prepared and finalized with the staff."

"They give you SO much food when you order the plate that they can barely close the lid. You can order a plate, or by the pint like I did. Hummus, couscous, white cabbage (sour), red cabbage (sweet n tangy), and turnips. Lasted me a few days. Just wish they didn’t deep fry the cauliflower and I wish they didn’t make the mushrooms spicy."

"Delicious selection of fresh meats, salads, and many Mediterranean favorites. The dishes are flavorful and the portions are very generous for the price. The staff is warm and friendly and their homemade lemonade is delicious. It's nice to have a place with so many fresh options for a change of pace."
