"This place has no manager around. You have to write a letter to the owner if you want anything done. My 96 yrs old friend lives there and l am happy they haven't pick on her for a while. The people around here are extremely nice people. She loves it here but l think they could do a lot better job. Oh one more thing, the on and off management here doesn't reinforce the rules here so anyone can park anywhere. I feel sorry for handicapped people, there space is always filled with cars that have no plates or the hanging card ."

"They will unlawfully enter your home with out permission and give notice that are irrelevant. They entered my home without my permission while my 14 year old son was sleeping and with two females unknown and took pictures. I feel unsafe for my family and I. I even signed a paper stating that they are not allowed to enter unless I am notified. They came in without masks during COVID and my son is high risk along with my two nephews.They didn’t even knock."

"Zero respect for tenants. There has been construction for months. They work around us all days of the week, any hours, no consideration. Very frustrating. The staff said we should be more grateful...grateful? For what? We weren't complaining before construction. Its new management now who are better but there still isnt any concern of our comfort. Outside of construction, the complex is a bunch of odd but kind residents. I enjoy the small park like atmosphere here and I like the apt itself. Cozy although after construction and replacing the downstairs floors, it no longer heats up downstairs. You have to use the stove to retain heat on the lower level. Very weird Update: we've had new management for quite some time now and I will say I like them better. There isn't the air of us being lower level peasants anymore lol There is definitely more concern about us as human beings Update 6/2019: Management has changed over literally every other month for the last year or so. No exaggeration. The district/regional manager is beyond rude and sadly into apartment gossip. There are so many troublemakers here (elderly troublemakers! weird, I know), it has become a depressing place to reside. I would 10000% recommend you look elsewhere before coming here. Like I said previously, the apartment itself is nice. We don't have bugs, rodents..Well, lots of spiders and ants, and these trees are dumping Praying Mantis' and some green worms EVERYWHERE. But nothing major and untreatable. If you have to come here, DO NOT MAKE FRIENDS & MIND YOUR BUSINESS. Best advice I can give. Some residents are odd and will come stand by your door and look in your place. Not say a word, just stare..... Good luck wherever you end up!"

"Lots of burnouts, staff doesnt take care of property (when I lived there, they were managed by FPI and wanted to seal a litter of feral kittens underneath the portables, I rescued them without help of the groundskeeper, Ed- who is lazy.)- Lots of Tweekers, good for HUD housing(its safer than other HUD housing options and sec 8). be careful leaving valuables anywhere outside- those bony lil skeletors."
