"This apartment is totally worst. Do not rent here. They will offer privet big Backyard 1st floor but sometimes snake come from outside. Very old apartment. old flooring rainy time water licking from floor. And that leasing manager Bobby she think she is Queen but she is devil. Her attitude is very bad. always showoff she is owner lol. Very poor maintenance apartment."

"This is just my experience and other people’s might be different than mine. I lived here for about two years (we ended up moving in December) with my boyfriend and it was nice at first, but we had major issues in the short amount of time we lived here. Some issues in the apartment were painted over: the holes, cracks, and nails that were still in the wall. The paint didn’t even set completely when we moved in and began to peel the longer we lived there. We also had cockroaches in the apartment and other pests (wasps) at one point on the patio. Cleaning did absolutely nothing to prevent the roaches. The walls are also really thin so you can hear your neighbors conversations clearly as well as them flushing the toilet or using the shower. There were also neighbor disputes which the office addressed it in a very blasé manner i.e. telling us to “deal with it” or “just move”. Like that is an easy thing to do especially during a pandemic. I’m only giving this place two stars because of the maintenance guy being so nice and friendly. He would always come by within a timely manner to help us with something that needed to be fixed. If you can manage it, I recommend finding a different place to live because this place just misses the mark."

"I haven’t even moved in all the way. And Bobby the manager was very helpful I called her about 4x doing my application and she helped me didn’t get annoyed at all was very patient. She approved us fast and got us into our place in a timely manner. Since we have been staying in a hotel since June 27th. I thought she was a really nice person, I even met Freida at her sister property who was honest and to the point. I guess from reading the reviews I didn’t get that impression. Hopefully our year here is awesome."

"I loved living there while I did, except for the last year out of five that my wife and I lived there. They got new management the previous two Tony & Suzy vllwere good people and ment well. Raised are rent every year we lived there. It's like they keep raising it each year until you leave. But the new prop manager is really rude unfortunately. She's young and was always rude to my wife but never to me. And the maintenance guy I won't drop a name but I've known him since he started working there about 4 years ago. He was a really nice kid and seemed to have a good head on his shoulders. But that changed, I was 99% sure he was smoking methamphetamine for awhile when we left. The property is very nice though and good for kids if you have any. Management sucks and who knows when they will shown up to fix stuff when you place a work order. I asked to get my toilet to stop running for 2 years and they never even did still when I moved out lol. Maybe they wanted to wait till renovation to do the work ?? Lol. Itvn"
