"Worst management ive ever experienced. Charlie guzman has not been here a week and is stepping on all tenants toes. Got my car smogged waiting on a tag. And he already put a towing sticker on my car in private property on MY car space. Saying. "We have a limited number of spots" well sir. Thats my spot you tweak. The sticker he placed on my window is industrial grade and wont come off. He refused to take it off and told me to use a razor knife on my glass.. He is unprofessional the corporate is unprofessional for hiring this guy. I for one am gonna use my full force to get this gut fired."

"DO NOT RENT HERE. Never in my life have I lived somewhere that the management cared less about its tenants and their state of living. I have lived here for two years, and every person they put in the office is the same. Stupid, incoherent, and either fired or resigned in less than 4 months. The owning company should be ashamed of the way they treat their tenants."
"Do Not rent from this place. I lived here for two years and finally was able to get out of that place. The woman in the office, Mary Beth is a complete idiot. Theresa is decent and was able to get things done. First, the parking there is a joke and they are completely OK with people parking their cars in the empty spots for months on end without management getting involved, which in out lease it stated that cars have to be moved within 72 hours or risk being towed. Secondly, they do not put in work orders in a timely fashion. My pantry broke, and it took maintenance three weeks to fix it, which I ran out of room for all of my food. Moving out was not a problem. I was told that I would get a final walk-through once Theresa was back in from an emergency and she would call to get that scheduled. I was told that Theresa was the only one that could do it. I never received a phone call to schedule, and I had to follow-up myself three weeks later. Theresa told me that Mary Beth should have done it, but with Mary Beth being the complete idiot she is, she apparently "could not do it". Whatever, that's fine. I was originally quoted $100 for the carpet cleaning from Theresa, which would come out of my deposit. They told me that the carpet by the door was normal "wear and tear". I spot cleaned all of the other spots. Apparently I was charged for the normal "wear and tear" because it involved heavy carpet cleaning. That apparently cost us an extra $15 on top of the $145 carpet cleaning that I was not told about. I also got charged for repairing a tack strip, which the office knew about at least one month before we moved out and they told me that they would take care of it, not a problem. Also, apparently my cat left urine everywhere, because they charged me for cleaning it...even though he has NEVER peed outside the litter box and the only thing he destroyed was my couch. They did not give me a copy of the preliminary final walk-through paperwork like they said they were going to, and I every time they ask, they say they will "drop it into the mail". Trying to communicate with this office is like pulling teeth. If you need to call for any reason, they rarely pick up the phone. You can leave multiple messages with no return call...and when you finally get a hold of someone, they act like they never received your call. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL!"
