"Do not live here. I moved in August of 2022 and moved out September 2023. The end of my lease could not come soon enough. The apartment itself was nice. However, the laundry never ever worked. There is no laundry in unit but one laundry room on my side of the complex. However, the machine to load the card with funds was ALWAYS down. I was able to wash my clothes in the complex a total of 4 times for the entire 13 months of my lease. I complained the the office multiple times with no solution. I was forced to drag all of my laundry to the laundromat. One time they even gave me a complimentary preloaded card so I could do an emergency losd and when I went to use the card, there was no money on it. The gates were almost always broken so anyone could get into the complex. Parking was a mess. There was one apartment near me taking up at least 6 parking spots at any given time so having a guest over was impossible. Not to mention homeless constantly in the dumpsters so if I needed to throw something away, I had to warn the homeless person that was dumpster diving to move so I wouldn’t be throwing trash at them. When I moved out, I gave a proper notice and forwarding address. I deep cleaned the entire apartment and made any necessary repair. My initial deposit was $2400. I got around $1400 back. I’m not sure why they decided to take $1000 out of my deposit as they have failed to respond to any type of communication. They didn’t provide receipts or an itemized copy of deductions which is required by law if they take more than $250. They also failed to return my deposit within 21 days, which is also California law. Past 21 they lost the right to withhold any of my deposit. I sent a demand letter earlier this month with absolutely no response. This apartment complex and management company is an absolute joke and I would not recommend living here to anyone at all. I will be moving forward with small claims court as they broke the law by not returning my security deposit within 21 days and failed to give an itemized list of deductions. The fact that they ignored my demand letter just proves that they don’t care. It makes sense now that the apartment above me sat vacant for 7 months after my neighbor moved out. No one wants to live here."
"Stayed here for 6 months and moved immediately! Too over priced, Gate never worked, place wasn't even ready when we moved in and we had maintenance in and out fixing things daily for the 1st 2 months. Steven was rude and does not know how to communicate professionally. Mold, and holes in wall."
