"Absolutely do not move here. Take your money somewhere else. The manager will be in your business all the time all while failing to provide any kind of security for the parking lot. In the short time that we have lived here, my boyfriends truck has been stolen, his work van has been broken into TWICE, and my car has been broken into. The complex has extremely low quality cameras that can't see anything in the parking lot, yet the manager's office and her car is covered with cameras and lights. The manager does not care about any kind of personal situation, and they will carelessly ask you to leave for any reason at anytime within 30 days of the first year of your lease and there's nothing that you can do about it.. even when you pay rent every month. Make sure you read the lease before you sign it, because the roof over your head and your vehicles are not secure here. Every single neighbor that I have spoken to since moving in has said the exact same thing about the manager and the parking lot situation. No one has anything nice to say unfortunately."

"We lived in there for almost a year. The property manager never knows which unit she is addressing even though we lived at the unit next to her. Her and her spouse think they own the place, they fixed cars in front of our unit and broke most of the parking rules. This is just a scam, avoid the headache and don't live there."
