"Great place to live . Nice and clean. Manager is nice. Small back yard great. NICE pool....But it's no smoking . You can smoke in one spot by the office. Really safe and quit place .It's gated .Very nice ."

"I just moved here not to long ago but I can already tell that they take care of those who rent here. And since I just finished reading the most recent 1 star review I'd like to add that they will move families in here. I have 2 kids and I take care of kids on top of that so kids are not an issue. We are not the only family who lives here and upstairs as well. The manager Mary is such an amazing person, I could say one of the best managers that my family and I have had in a long time."

"Our family loves it here! We lived here in 2011 and just sold our house and decided to come back. We feel very safe here, it’s gated, people are friendly, no packages ever stolen. Maintenance has been prompt when needed. There are lots of trees and greenery and a nice little “park” area where we walk every day."

"Discriminatory to families. We had an awful time trying to rent from here. We applied for an upstairs apartment available in March but once Mary (the property manager) found out that we had 2 small children she refused to rent the apartment to us saying she didn't want to get noise complaints and that she'd put us on a first floor apartment available around the same time. Today we receive an email letting us know that there will be no available apartments in March and that we're on a waiting list. If you have a family DO NOT rent from here."

"The management is awesome. They will respond to inquiries and repair requests in timely manner. Unlike those corporate-run complexes, Estates at Wilhaggin knows that serving the best interests of the tenants goes a long way. Also the complex is safe and everyone is friendly."
