"The apartments and the amenities are nice but MAN do not leave a bike outside. They will not help you out. My room mate had his tires stolen, my friend had their bike stolen. One day I woke up and all the tires on a whole ROW of bikes was missing. The gates are easy to open without a fob so anyone can get in and do whatever they want. Good apartments, bad area."

"My son has been living there for about a month and everything has been good until last night when his car was towed because supposedly it was in the wrong parking space. When he signed the lease they gave him a parking sticker stating a certain parking space and for the last month that’s where he had been parking but now supposedly it’s someone else space. I find this ridiculous that students have to pay these extra expenses for mis information from your office. When you complain about it nobody wants to take responsibility. This is very sad that they take advantage of students who only have the necessary money for school and not for these extra expenses."

"Final Review for all new incoming residents: consider all your options before making this your home. Expect rent to be 1090-1100$. Expect additional fees for parking $75 for parking. $30 monthly fee for a pet, $30 for a trash bag that violates their policy. Expect $50 to replace a key card. Expect $75 for lockout. Expect towing to be restricted even if you paid when people are moving in for new leases literally nothing you can do about it but accept it (lawyer said they are allowed due to their wording in “if available” in the lease) Expect to be charged for valet trash violations (lawyer said they can’t do that mid lease out of no where especially that it was a free service prior that tenants didn’t elect to have) but the lark will claim it’s an amenity so they can do it legally. So just be prepared even if it’s not your doing and you got uncooperative roommates. They will always disregard any accountability for any situations where they were in the wrong and always have the “that was never our intention” response. People have been mislead by the contract as you’ll read in other reviews. They will pick and choose who they apply the rules to. Not a smoke free environment at all. Parking policy is fraud it’s not strict they just say that but plenty of non residents will take spaces after the hrs they can’t and it will be okay so don’t buy into the “strict policy” email responses. You can’t clean your walls the paint comes off when you do try to. So just hire someone to come fix the unit prior to leaving as many comments say they lie about charges when you leave. The management are college kids not adults with prior experience and expect attitude in return and staff who aren’t thoroughly knowledgeable on incidents. But give them a e for effort. I would not recommend this property to anyone. They don’t hold individuals in a household accountable and you will live with rats, roaches and ants year round. They will send pest control but it doesn’t do anything and lots of spider webs all over the property so be careful. Your car is not safe 20 plus cars were broken into outside and inside gate and catalytic converters will be stolen. The security is security they aren’t police and criminals can careless lol. But if you choose this place best of luck and may the stay be better ❤️ I enjoyed my years prior but 2023 has been TRASH. And I’m glad it’s my last year. This is the most honest and thorough review I can give! Shout out to the staff for educating me on their end and make your living choices wisely because you can’t get out of this lease without owing them the full amount and or getting someone to take over for a 200$ fee."

"Be prepared for them to allow new residents to park in your spot you paid for the month but be advised in your contract it doesn’t state they are restricting towing at all so they are possibly breaching contract im still in the works of seeing if this is valid for them to do. I also don’t understand why we have to pay first month for parking spots if they allow others to have access to it for half a month (2 weeks). They should be handing out a paper SPECIFICALLY on parking showing these adults what’s allowed and not allowed but they can careless. Your car might get broken into. We had 20 cars get hit here in one night my roommates both got hit with broken windows. So don’t have NOTHING in your car. Guests don’t get checked for parking in the community after hours so residents without a spot be prepared for that. There are Karen’s that live here my family has been discriminated at the pool. They say 2 guest limit when they got an issue with you and your party but will allow a bunch of kids to party, smoke drink etc. so you might get lucky with having fun here. They are pretty chill with letting you get your rent in so I will give them that. Also the property manager was nice speaking to me regarding the pool incident so I do appreciate her for that. There will be parties so be ready for that. I’ve been here 3 years this is my last lease thank god but yeah for what you pay here you’d pay a little more for your own apartment and have privacy and no messy people so if you can afford 1100-1400 go elsewhere you won’t regret it."

"Overall good place to live, I live in a 3 bedroom 3 bath apartment with two random roomates who I was mathced with and so far I have had no problems. The ammedities are great, Free starbucks coffee machine and the 24 hour study room are my favorite!"
