"BED BUGS DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. THIS PLACE IS NASTY. The health department needs to quarantine this place. There is also roaches. If you keep your place clean the roaches will be at the minimum. We have had to quarantine 2 of our bedrooms due to bed bugs. They spray .they never go away. They are coming from other apartments. Each week I see mattresses and couches next to the dumpster. Living with bed bugs is pure hell. Brand new beds and couches have had to toss them. They don't care they keep renting new apartments. How do you allow bed bugs on the property for a year now and do nothing. It should be against the law to keep renting out apartments in here. I can't even have friends or family over in this the way bed bugs travel. I have to visit my son each week at a restaurant because he cant See me in my apartment . Living in bed bugs wi break up your family cause depression and isolation. Not to mention lost money on furniture. Trying to save to move away from here. Im so scared to bring bed bugs to my new place I will probably end up throwing away most of what I own."

"From today I've only lived here for two weeks and because I told the guy who comes and does the work orders that the vents are pointing the wrong way he didnt like that so he goes to the office to complains. Now none of my family can come visit me if there not on the lease. They can't be here for more then a week that's concerned living here. I'd after turning in my work order in still have not received my lease agreement ans only living here for two weeks already have a noise complate I have work from 6am-2pm so partying is not in my agenda other wise I can't go to work and pay rent at these place I can't even have family over to visit. These is a poor and horrible place to live fr an apartment. And full WARNING ⚠ THIS APARTMENTS HAVE ROACHES. And when you turn in your work orders except to me talked about behind your back to management."

"These apartments are great! The ladies in the office are always very nice and extremely helpful. The grounds are always kept nice and clean. Quiet and friendly neighbors. Cars that are not supposed to be parked here are dealt with. Had an issue with the tub and they remodeled the whole bathroom for us free of charge. I'm very glad we found this place!"

"Definitely not impressed with this apartment complex. Does not even rate being called a community. Rehabed? not even close. Old single pane windows can't keep it warm in the winter of cool in the summer. Ghetto owners that think it is ok to charge for water, garbage and sewer bases on an average of usage, this means that if you work you pay more then your share because there is people using this all day long. The one advantage there was to living in an apartments versus a house is removed. There is about 8 cable jacks in this apartment but only one is working. Cable wires ran around the building to the jack. They did put in new flooring, but the appliances are very old and not in good shape. called to have the stove repaired, told them it needed a new switch because the burner was stuck on high. maintenance man shows up, puts a burner in and calls it good showing me that it works properly. been repairing appliances for a very long time and knew it would work again like before for a few minutes while cooking and then the switch would again fail when it got hot and be on high again. have not bothered to call back. They put notices on your door stating that they walked the property and saw you have a satellite dish even though you do not. Not only lieing about walking the property but lieing about you having a dish. I have never had satellite service and never will. All in all if i could give -1 star i would. Do not live here"
