"This is my neighborhood CVS so I come here quite a bit, not just for prescriptions but to pick up some essentials. The last few times I’ve gone in, I’ve heard the security announcement get blared through the overhead speakers. I’ve also overheard two of the regular cashiers (a younger one and an older lady) talk about someone stealing a large amount of items. That same time, the older lady basically stood right next to me the entire time I was using the self checkout. I let her know I was fine and didn’t need help but she stayed. I realize that there may be a theft problem, but I don’t need to feel like I’m a criminal while I’m just picking up some milk. Haven’t gone back. I’d rather drive the extra 3 miles to the one on 3rd."
"Very disappointed with this place. They send my mom home from the hospital needing to have a glucose meter to test blood sugar levels and no one in the pharmacy would help program it. I attempted to program it but I have problems with the codes from applicator-transmitter-receiver. What happened to your Hypocratic Oath? I always preferred Walgreens over CVS and now I know why."
