"Love Ashley furniture. Good buy for the money, but service is awful. I ordered a bed set in August, a piece was missing for the bed, so it wasn’t able to be put together. I have been waiting for over 4 months. Every time I call, it is 2 to 4 weeks or it will be here by the end of the month. When I call they don’t always call back. I think they are embarrassed to tell me another month. The people are always sympathetic but I just want a bed to sleep in."
