"I loved living here and especially loved the landlord. Not sure if she still owns it, but Constance was amazing and I still think of her 9 years later."
"I lived at these apartments for the last almost 4 years. It’s a wonderful place to live. There’s only 16 units so it’s quiet. Most of the apartments consist of young professionals. The street is quiet and the neighbor across E street does beautiful Christmas decorations during the holidays! There’s only 10 parking spots in the back but you’ll almost always get a spot if you’re home before 5 or 6pm. There’s ample street parking too with wide spots and no time limit. I never had to park more than a block away. On site manager Katie is friendly and very responsive by email of you ever need anything. Maintenance is great too. I never needed them for much but the maintenance guy Sean will fix whatever you need. He was also always mindful of my sleep schedule because he remember that I worked graveyards. I never had an issue with the property management company either. The rent was raised several times but it was always only $50 every year or 6 months which wasn’t bad. Very close to the freeway but you don’t hear the traffic from it at all. McKinley park is just a block and a half away. There is quiet a bit of homeless under the overpass between the apartments and McKinley but I never had an issue with them coming on E street or in front of the apartments. Just the occasional bum walking by. 1 block from Pine Cove but I never head a noise issue with that either. 5 blocks walking to Barwest and Harlows. Also, your closest Starbucks is on Alhambra and N. It’s a great Starbucks! Employees will get to know you by name if you’re there enough and are super friendly. This is the best street and place to live in midtown in my opinion. If you’re in your 20’s or 30’s you definitely want to live here."
"I like this application for work."
